Life-Long Ipswich Town Football Club Supporter Retires from Rose Calendars
Rose Calendars recently bid farewell to a member of staff who has worked for our company for twenty three and a half years.
Graham Bolton joined us a collator operator in 2002, having worked for Royal London. In that time he’s become part of the fabric of our business, seeing through lots of change, the installation of new equipment, production processes and technological advances.
Graham has become skilled at many different manufacturing methods, from running small offset litho presses, to digital machines, equipment for collating and binding calendars and most recently turning his hand to operating high powered guillotine machines.
Graham has worked with dedication, reliability, and a dry sense of humour shared with his colleagues, who will certainly miss him! Rose Calendars won’t feel quite the same without him in his post.
But Graham hasn’t just been an excellent colleague – he’s also been a team player. He’s always had time to lend a helping hand, or share a story or two, and that makes a difference in a place where people are at the heart of what we do. Twenty-three years of loyal service is no small achievement, and we thank Graham for his commitment and effort over the years.
Of course, there’s another team that Graham has loyally supported for even longer – Ipswich Town Football Club. Through thick and thin, highs and lows, promotion & demotion, hopes and the occasional heartbreak, Graham has seen it all and stuck by the ‘Tractor Boys’ as they have become known.
Graham was presented with a bottle of Champagne, a gift voucher and a personalised ITFC water bottle by Managing Director Michael Rose.
It takes a special kind of patience and tolerance to be a life-long Ipwich fan, but he has been nothing but loyal to our company over the past twenty three years. We wish Graham and his wife the very best for the future and hope he enjoys spending time with his family, watching football and enjoying the well-earned rest.
