Rose Calendars Supports St Helena Hospice’s Roses for Remembrance Event
Rose Calendars was proud to support St Helena Hospice’s recent Roses for Remembrance event, helping to create a meaningful opportunity for families and friends to honour and celebrate loved ones who are no longer with us. We enjoyed a lovely visit to the award winning gardens of Beth Chatto with time to reflect and think.
Walking for St Helena Hospice: Pier to Pier Challenge Raises Over £525
An energetic team of walkers from Rose Calendars have just completed a 7-mile charity walk from Clacton Pier to Walton-on-the-Naze Pier in support of St Helena Hospice, helping to raise vital funds for people living with terminal and incurable illness across North Essex. Along the way we talked to fellow walkers and even met with some past colleagues, some of whom left us over 20 years ago!
Pier to Pier Walk in aid of St Helena Hospice
Taking to the shoreline at the weekend, Michael, Elizabeth and Paddy (the dog) walked between Clacton and Walton piers for a fundraising event to raise funds for St Helena Hospice.
Donation to St Helena Hospice from Festive Fundraising
Staff at Rose Calendars were joined by St Helena Hospice’s Corporate Fundraiser Ruth Jennings last week, to hand over a cheque from monies raised over the festive period.
New ‘Donation Station’ Installed for St Helena Hospice
Ruth Jennings, Corporate Fundraiser joined staff at her regular catch-up session this month, to officially launch the donation collection scheme for St Helena Hospice. Staff gathered for a photo and chatted to Ruth about the work of the Hospice and up and coming events.
Bumper Collection for Festive Food Bank Parcels
Last week our generous staff made donations to a national food bank project organised by Family Business United. The boxes and hampers which were collected were delivered into the regional hub event, and we are pleased to report the items have already been distributed to the charities receiving them.
